MULTIPLY THE VALUE OF YOUR WINDY LAND BY TEN
An introductory class for Land Owners

Joining the Wind Revolution: When America wasn't looking, Europe outdistanced the U.S. as a producer of wind-generated power. Even as the Midwest now actively endeavors to catch up, Denmark (the 'cradle of wind power'), Germany (at present the world's foremost producer), the Netherlands, and others already benefit from long-established wind-power economies.

Enter the American Rancher and Farmer

As the wind industry veritably explodes across the Great Plains and the Texas Panhandle, American ranchers, farmers, and other Land Owners encounter a number of possibilities:

  1. They can leverage their equity to finance their own wind project in order to take the lion's share of the profits, and go for high earnings at high risk.

  2. They can lease their land to a wind-farm developer in order to receive royalties, and reduce the risk but receive considerably reduced earnings.

  3. They can take advantage of a third alternative that combines the best features of both—reducing their risk while achieving high earnings.

By following the classes for landowners at the Gold Pact Power web site, you can learn to earn TEN TIMES MORE than a standard wind farm lease.

EXAMPLE: 2500 acres might net a landowner $2.5 million dollars a year, or by following the simple instructions at this web site, you could be earning $25 million dollars a year.

Which method you choose is up to you.

Let's explore each possibility:

  1. Leverage Land Equity to Finance a Project:

Building your own project with the assistance of a "wind"-certified general contractor can be highly profitable if you don't mind gambling on your ability to finance the project, shepherd it all the way through development, and ultimately run it.

The biggest problem with this equation is that wind farms are typically not very profitable!

In fact, compared with a coal-fired generating station or a natural-gas or nuclear facility, a typical wind farm is one of the least profitable types of generating stations. While leveraging your equity can produce the highest possible profits, it also comes with enormous risk.

And unless your facility utilizes specific leading-edge technology, (that is, a Gold Pact Power design), profit margins usually remain below ten percent, leaving little room for learning, cost overruns, or mistakes, thus greatly magnifying the risk for anyone even thinking about owning or running a generating station, and especially a wind farm.

In addition, capital requirements to build a typical wind farm are generally beyond the reach of most farmers or ranchers. The average Gold Pact Power project size is over $400 million, and unless you have a lot of available capital, it's unlikely that a project you attempt on your own will be either cost effective or affordable. It's simply a given that to develop a project of any reasonable size, you're going to have to assemble a team.

  2. Possibility Two: Lease the Land and Take a Royalty:

Leasing the land is the alternative most Land Owners have opted for, as an easy, albeit low-yield, answer. Royalties offered have customarily been as low as a mere one-half to one-and-one-half percent, based on gross profits.

By contrast, Gold Pact Power is the first company of its kind to offer royalties of ten times that amount, a full five percent, and then double it to ten percent after ten to fifteen years once debt service on the turbines is complete.

Gold Pact Power continues to lead the industry in payout rates on leases. For example, a 2,500- acre parcel with 100 turbines on it would earn the landowner about $1.5 to $2.5 million under a Gold Pact Power lease.

Regardless, before signing any lease, Land Owners are advised to do the math. You can compare royalty rates at www.goldpactpower.com/lomath.html

  3. Possibility Three: Partner Up for Maximum Profit:

The reality is, most investors won't even consider parcels of under 5,000 acres. Fortunately, Land Owners with smaller holdings now have an alternative: GPP-MTN.

GPP-MTN is an innovative method that eliminates the high risks associated with financing and capital investment, as well as those of owning and operating a wind farm on one’s own, while at the same time providing a high return on investment.

Specifically, GPP-MTN is a means of helping owners of smaller parcels "partner up" with others like themselves, forming teams that together charter their own bank, backed by the necessary expertise, experience, education, support, and financial tools to do so.

Using the proven GPP-MTN model to create a successful wind-power corporation, Land Owners first work with BTUWorldBank (www.btuworldbank.com) to establish their own financial institution. BTUWorldBank provides the structure, and GPP provides both the development, construction, and operating engineers and the projects.

    "Become the Bank":

In short, Land Owners across the country are discovering the simple key to profiting from wind power and forming your own bank is not difficult. In addition to other steps below, your bank will be of:

    1. Your Board of Directors (Land Owners like you)

    2. Your Branch Manager/President (selected by your Board)

    3. Your Operations Manager (also selected by your Board)

    4. One or more Tellers

    5. An Attorney and a CPA (also selected by your Board)

    6. A small brick-and-mortar location

The actual step-by-step process takes 3 - 6 months and when done, as a stockholder in your new bank you'll be earning 10 times what a GPP lease pays, or 100 times what older wind farm leases paid.

Gold Pact Power was formed to help Land Owners generate the most revenue for your windy land and retain the most control over their profits and the revenue streams. Imagine earning 100 times more than your neighbor strapped to an "Old Fashioned" wind farm lease!

Your first step is learning how to do that.
