Financials for developing, financing, constructing, operating
and maintaining large utility grade generating stations is what
we do best.

If you reviewed
our website and our CEO's history, you know why.
If you read our Team's track record of designing, constructing and operating
and maintaining both utility grade generating stations and large fleets and
plants for large firms, you know that whether you want to run a nuclear facility
to Federal NCR 10 CFR standards, keep a 20 year old wind farm performing at peak
performance, design a bank's corporate project management
system or design artificial intelligence systems for attorneys or brokers, Gold Pact has been
handling these tough jobs for nearly 30 years.
At Gold Pact Power, "We take the gleam in your eye to
towers in the sky in the blink of an eye."
Clients, associates and personnel we've worked with include:
- Edison
- SDG&E
- Bechtel
- NASA
- GE
- Westinghouse
- Mission Industries
- AC Delco
- University of Phoenix
- Wadsworth/Thomson Learning
- The U.S. Air Force
as well as the banking, investment brokerage and mortgage banking industries,
medical, telecom and broadband providers.
Our wind farm, biofuel and geothermal project financials were developed by:
- An auditor with 30 years writing financials for
multi-million dollar firms, including Edison, Mission
Industries, Global Container, American Savings and The
University of Phoenix. One system he designed has run for 10
years without breakdown or modification and invoices $350-$400M
per month and no human ever touches a single keystroke.
- A wind farm operator with 20 years experience; simply put,
"Our favorite gal."
- A licensed engineer who literally builds substations and
grids in his sleep.
- An engineer with a background in chemistry who works with
one of the largest bio-fuel plant equipment manufacturing
companies in the U.S.
- A local CPA licensed to practice law and an Attorney.
- A CPA who is a retired IRS auditor.
- A member of a team, now retired from HP, who was with them
in their early days in a leading position of capitalizing new
ventures for HP.
- Input from the AWEA, GE and other OEM's.
- Drive train and airfoil engineers, some trained by NASA
Personnel, others who brought experience from the U.S. Air
Force.
- Construction Engineers and Architects, several with decades
of experience designing generating stations.
As the CEO of Gold Pact Power, I recognize that each person
brings with them strengths and weaknesses. We design systems
that plug the right person into a job that they love, give them
tools to do their job well and a company structure they depend
on and cherish built around a loyal, relaxed and easy going
customer base, a focused staff with decades of experience
capable of delivering what we promise and investors who can say
with certainty that our firm "Delivers on our Promise every time."
That is the meaning of PACT in our name.
I spent decades helping million dollar firms turn into hundred
million dollar corporations by designing both company
philosophies and the management tools that make it all happen.
This is how you build a family that cares about the quality of
their work, company product, the overall success of the big
picture and has time to focus on the customer, which gives you
the best chance at successfully meeting or exceeding projections
and honoring promises made to the investors and lending
institutions that made it all possible.
We carry this philosophy to the communities we serve through
active grant and donation programs for schools, youth and family
agencies and our dedication to replace conventional fired
generating stations with a variety of renewable options, such as
bio-fuels, wind and geothermal
facilities.
Having worked for a Federal Judge (retired), I've written
national energy laws and designed policies for foreign countries
and have the ability to rewrite law at the State and Federal
level. We bring more than wind farms to a project; we build
infrastructure.
Working to clean up the environment, our affiliates bring a variety of
hazmat and industrial cleaning products, as well as grass
enhancements that comply with "Safe Schools Standards" and golf
course products to reduce runoff contamination, bio-degreasers
for restaurants City Inspectors love and highly recommend.
We're working in Asia to help clean up century old ways and in
the U.S. to make rivers and aquifers safe again.
Gold Pact Power is more than an energy company. We're dedicated
to leaving a healthy planet for our children and teaching them
how to keep it that way for generations to come.
Craig Mead
Teacher and CEO: Gold Pact Power, Inc.
Our Staff:
We were flattered when three Wind Farm Developers
(including the largest manufacturer of Wind Power Equipment on
Earth), approached our second highest ranking Blade Designer and
lured them into a quiet retirement for a quarter million
dollars. Since he was an older man, soon to retire, we suggested
he take the parachute and he did. We are still cherished
friends, but will never speak again.
Afterwards, we decided to make it a GPP corporate policy to keep
the identities of our key players in our vest pocket. Our
apology.
Identities aside, we love to brag about them:
The CEO and V.P. West Coast Operations are described on our ABOUT PAGE
A RECAP:
- Our CEO has 20 years experience designing the software and audit systems that run plants, fleets and utility grade power stations to 10CFR standards: required for the Nuclear Industry and considered overkill for wind farms. Our farms make a profit where others often fail. Our CEO is considered one of the most respected Wind Power Airfoil designers on Earth and has built the largest network of wind power websites on Earth.
Again, it helps to have a NASA Physicist for a Teacher.
- Our V.P. West Coast Operations has 20 years experience managing offices, personnel and international relations.
- V.P. New Project Finance who has worked with the World Bank and IMF, as well as banks from Zurich to Manhattan, Dallas, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Dubai and Quatar.
- V.P. Field Engineering has 30 years field construction, setting up Oil Wells, Tanker Off Loading Fueling Stations, Diesel and Plasma Utility Generating Stations, hotel and casino construction, docks, public works (highways) and served a multi-national customer base in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
- V.P. Master Electrician brings over 30 years experience designing substations, mass transit systems (i.e. San Franciscos Bart), and generating stations. As I write this now he is designing the wiring for the lab of one of the largest biofuel equipment manufacturers on Earth.
- V.P. Wind Farm Operations has 20 years experience that results in wind farms that run at a profit where others have failed, wind farms that pay for themselves when others have gone BK and a long lasting relationship with field crew where others experience high turn over.
- V.P. Drive Train R&D brings Air Force Drive Train education and experience, as well as experience working on farm equipment in remote, hostile environments.
- V.P. Plant Design specializing in exactly the type of drive trains we are releasing to the industry.
- V.P. Biofuel Crop Production worked with Universities and Governments focusing on converting large tracts of sunny and often dry land to productive acreage for biofuel crops.
- V.P. Biofuel Production a chemist by trade, has worked for the second largest biofuel equipment manufacturer in the U.S.
- V.P. Purchasing has 30 years experience buying, wholesaling and retailing electronic components and brings a wealth of contacts across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
- V.P. Transportation brings 25 years experience shipping across oceans; a key player in our global strategy.
- Director of New Sites learned his craft as a SeaBee in Vietnam, his favorite hobby is to be dropped from a chopper with a dozer into a jungle to carve pads. He brings over 30 years experience laying foundations and highways for California Public Works and private construction.
- Contractor: High Tension Lines: When Comcast needs high tension towers in a developing nation they call the same people we do.
- Contractor: Crane Operations: Wind Tower require big cranes, so we contract with Big Ed, the same gentleman who the State of California uses when they absolutely positively need it done right. Nobody runs bigger cranes better with the graceful touch of Big Ed.
- Contractor: Switching gear and substations: When San Diego Gas and Electric needs a new substation, they call they same engineers we do.
- Field Training Director from Denmark's Wind Industry, brings 25 years experience maintaining and replacing wind farm blades, drive trains, control boxes, towers and transmission lines.
- Shop Director brings 20 years experience repairing wind farm blades, gear boxes, yaw motors and control panels. Danish born, he grew up around wind farms and has been working with them since he was a teenager.
- Investor Relations has 15 years experience working with billion dollar funds, packaging terms that work for investors and interfacing between Gold Pact Power, our staff and investment groups seeking to expand their green portfolios.
- Legal Support each site has its own attorneys. We have worked with firms that represent nearly half of the American Wind Farm Production and work for a variety of wind farm companies and have a track record that spans coast to coast. We also have our own private counsel for specific needs and our CEO worked for two Judges and a dozen attorneys, specializing in document control, case management, risk management, research and investigations, time billing and collections and has written energy law for foreign nations.
- Publishing, Media and Web Work team brings nearly 40 years of combined experience serving firms such as NASA, The UOP, AC Delco, Wadsworth/Thomson Learning (see above).

You'll love our 2008 - 2009 marketing campaign strategy.
- Risk Management: credit insurance, equipment insurance, project completion insurance, liability insurance: Gold Pact Power keeps investor risk at a minimum.
Gold Pact Power's specialty is finding quality team players with
experience billion dollar companies have relied on for decades.
You can too.
Please Contact Us:
We welcome calls and
contact through our database from investors, land owners,
wind generator customers and students interested in Wind Power, renewable
energy and Community Based Wind Farms. We run the largest educational
website in the renewable energy business on Earth and on a daily
basis, answer questions for Tribal Chiefs in Kenya, Amazon
Miners who are flying blades and gens on top of the canopy
instead of running gas generators on the ground, eliminating
their need to haul fuel through the jungle, Ambassadors in New
York anxious to help their nations at home reduce their oil
imports and even oil and gas executives who want to expand their
own product lines and bring clean, renewable energy products to
market.
At Gold Pact Power, we aren't competing with other renewable
energy providers; we are all working as a team to help reshape
the planet, help both investors, producers and entire communities make the
transition from conventional fuel systems to renewables and help
scientists developing new technologies find both the capital to
expand their product lines and manufacturing capabilities, as
well as find the new markets for the products we help them fine
tune and then package and sell.
Gold Pact Power is more than a wind farm company. At a
conference in New York with 400 bankers and other wind farm
developers, after hearing about our agreement to pay land owners
more than anyone else was at the time (we were the driving force
behind raising the industry standards), one of them suggested
'We are giving away the farm.", to which we
replied, "We are trying to save the farm called
Earth." To do that, we have to create
win-win-win-win-win situations, where the investor wins, the
land owners win and the communities we serve win, our employees
win and over time, with enough projects to keep dozens of large
General Contractors happy, our economy, currently in terrible
shape, also wins. How much do we need as a company if we have
brought that philosophy to the market and improved the Global
Village we all share?
When you are scheduled to become the biggest wind farm and
renewable energy developer on Earth, you don't have to squeeze
anyone along the way to deliver superior service, a superior
customer support and product line and superior results; it comes
naturally to a team that loves the job at hand.

If "Time is Money",
each day you delay...

...is costing you
about $100,000,000.

Executive Summary:
What We Do Best:
What You Do Best:
You bring the capital to the projects by providing your
Investors and Associates with reliable data. You obtain that
data here. You ask. We deliver and then educate you so you can
stand before your Attorneys, Auditors and Underwriters and
deliver a presentation with confidence built on a solid
foundation of knowledge gained through our trusted
relationship. Our books are all designed to run as a Double Entry Debit/Credit
Accrual Based System to Banking Standards, with input from Attorneys CPAs and Attorneys,
Wind Farm Operators and Auditors. You won't find Excel Spreadsheets or a QuickBooks systems here,
although data export and import utilities are available for other systems including
Excel, Quickbooks, dBase, Oracle, SAP and MAS 90 and other well known
accounting systems. If you need a special utility, just ask.
Since Wind Power is a new industry, we help you educate each
person along the way. An informed client is a happy client, able
to make reliable, responsible decisions based on easily
verified, industry wide data.
Investors have two basic methods to choose from.
- Construction Loans where there is no debt equity.
- Debt Equity Positions where the Investment group rides
the project as a silent partner.
There are also funds that specialize in Monetizing Contracts and
developing Green Power with a variety of funds, term sheets and
financing methods. We are flexible, reliable and we deliver.
The Marriage:
Our Projects plus Your Capital Yield Reliable ROI and a Cleaner Planet.
After performing a prelinimary Engineering for a given site, we
package each new facility for investor review as a separate
corporations. While U.S. facilities bring with them lucrative
PTCs (Production Tax Credits), and are considered safer
investments, overseas projects bring lucrative PPAs (Power
Purchase Agreements) that often outperform U.S. wind farms by a
margin of 300% to 400% higher revenue streams and any downturn
in the U.S. dollar can affect U.S. based projects; sometimes in
a positive way. Rising oil prices and higher kWh prices are good
for a wind farm's bottom line. One of our projects is the
largest biofuel facility ever built (foreign nation), with the
President's blessing. Another will become the largest wind farm
ever built (U.S>).
We have small and medium sized projects as well, generally $50M
minimum, up to $5B.
Finance a specific wind generator product model: Typhoon
Alley Wind Power, a Gold Pact Power affiliate, designs the
blades and generator drive trains that evolved from the Wind Gen
Zen small blade product line. Currently we are developing a
500kw and 1 megawatt unit with plans for 5 and 10 megawatt units
which will dwarf the current OEM models by a factor of 2 to 3
times the output per tower. Again, the lessons from the NASA
Physicist, our experience designing reliable systems, our
cutting edge blade designs and reliable drive trains all make
this possible. Testing on the drive trains have already shown
they last 2 to 3 times longer than current designs.
Finance other alternative energy projects: Gold Pact Power
is also involved with geothermal, hydroelectric and wave
generating R&D programs, as well as partnerships with farmers
for bio-fuel production.
Unlike most Wind Farm Developers who are often little more than real estate agents with a lease in hand and who's track record of delivering a sustainable wind farm has proven to be a history of abysmal coast to coast failures,
investors requesting project outlines from Gold Pact Power have a wide spectrum
to choose from to enhance their green portfolio standards and a company
they can rely on to deliver a wind farm with higher than expected outputs,
low down time and happy crews and customers; both key ingredients to long term success.
Our History:
- Starting way back in the 1970s our 'V.P. Field
Construction' was drilling oil wells and setting up utility
grade power generating stations.
- In 1983 our CEO began designing software for the
banking, mortgage, brokerage, legal, educational, medical and
utility industries.
- In 1984 we designed software used by JBI to manage
and operate HMOs at a profit. We learned the value of QAUR
reports when dealing with thin margins and organizations such as
HMO's that measure profits in pennies that soon add up to
millions of dollars.
- In 1985 we designed software used by attorneys to
handle large, complex cases and time billing issues. Case
management, invoicing, collections, audits and litigation
management have been specialties at Gold Pact for over 25
years.
- In 1986 our 'V.P. Wind Farm O&M' began managing a
wind farm that has grown to over 150 towers and was one of the
first wind farms in history to not only pay off the towers
early, as well as run at a profit ever since. At that time many
wind farms died on the vine. That experience in managing crews
and day to day operations, combined with our track record for
keeping large scale plants up and running gives Gold Pact Power
an edge few if any competitors bring to this market.
- In 1987 we designed educational and system
monitoring software training NASA Astronauts how to use new
equipment produced by firms such as AC Delco.
- Starting in the mid 1980s we worked with a retired Air
Force Test Pilot and UAL pilot, Chas Stahl, designing software
systems that measured airfoil lift to drag ratios for his
clients who designed hang glider, ultra-lights and wind surfer
sails. The products developed revolutionized the wind surfing
industry and are standard airfoil equipment today.
- In 1988 we designed plant and fleet maintenance
systems used by Mission Linen to handle 55 plants nationwide. The system
of measuring heat and bearing wear helped revolutionize MTBF tracking
and deliver high up time, dramatically reducing catastrophic failure
and system shock loads that can dramatically improve ROI. The
parent corporation, Mission Industries, exploded and
grew from 65 to over 200 plants in a few years.
- In 1990 the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station
was being fined by the NRC for noncompliance. We designed the
software that brought the plant into compliance, monitoring
audit teams and projects. The fines stopped.
- In 1993 we designed the marketing and sales software
and classroom accounting system that took the University of
Phoenix from 7 to 21 campuses in under 3 years.
- In 1998 we designed the POS and invoice production
system for Global Container, serving plants and yards all around
the world, producing over $360,000,000.00 in invoices every
month. In all of the months and years the package has run
it never once required any change or modification and has
never required a human to touch a single keystroke.
When Gold Pact designs a software system it works
beyond the expectations of management.
- In 2000 we worked with a NASA Physicist who had 40
years at Ames designing spy planes. We designed airfoils for
wind power systems and that product grew into the largest
network of wind generator web sites on Earth; the Wind Gen Zen
line and network of dealers.
The blades produced by the Wind
Gen Zen shop are coveted for their beauty and performance. Many of
the blade designs we produce have never been released to market.
Some produce up to 20 percent more power than current designs
which are based on 1980's technology. Our airfoils are based on
the same technology used to create marvels such as the SR-71 and
Stealth Spy Planes. There is a difference in how we approach
airfoils. Based on what we learned at Mission Industry, AC Delco
and Edison's Nuclear Facility, we've designed wind turbine drive
trains that outlast current drive trains by a factor of 2 to 3
times longer. A year after we developed the technology, the
Bosch Corporation began their experiments and production
using similar designs.
- In 2004 the Wind Gen Zen product line was released
and has sold blades, gens and classes to both U.S. customers and
developing nations. Though sales span the globe,
tha firm has never had a single unit returned. Since the blades
are priced higher than the competition and are desired by 'enthusiasts',
generally only the rich buy them and as a result, we've received our
fair share of fine French Red for their appreciation of
gorgeous works of quiet, functional art.
- In 2006 under pressure from our global client base
to provide larger systems, the Gold Pact Power Megawatt wind
farm began operation, providing consulting and on-site crew to
construct wind farms.
- In 2007 we are launching the largest campaign in
history, spanning the globe, setting up wind farms with both
established OEM firms such as GE and Vestas, and our own blade
and drive train designs.
- In January, 2008 we had an audit by a third party
engineering firm who reviewed our contracts and estimated their
value to be at $14,000,000,000.00. Our current totals are shown
in the left sidebar. Not bad for our first year.
Resources and Equipment:
- We own the largest network of Renewable Energy websites on Earth (see left sidebar site meter snapshot).
- We have one of the most experienced Engineering and Audit Teams in
the industry, drawn from major Utility Grade Power and Biofuel Companies.
- Our CEO has worked as an Auditor, Software Engineer and began working
with Airfoil Designers nearly 30 years ago.
- We have a team of Field Reps signing contracts all over the world.
- In addition to Wind Farm Operators and Field Maintenance Crews,
we have on staff Plant and Manufacturing designers (see section on OEM activities).
- Our Land Owners are very loyal because we care about their children
and take care of their communities and their communities take care of us.
And that is the most precious asset a firm can have.
Equipment is generally leased on a per project basis. Specific
Fixed Assets owned by the project are described in detail
in the financials and include a basic work shed (field crew)
with portable welders and a small fleet and a Site Admin Trailer.
Cranes and other heavy equipment are generally owned by a
local contractor, although some projects will have their own
Boom Truck and Auger.
This is a pivotal time for Gold Pact Power. Our marketing
led us to hit $14B in contracts in one year, $35B as of this writing
and growing daily. We are choosing those
with the most lucrative Power Purchase Agreements (long term
strategy) which are often overseas, along with U.S. based
locations which often don't pay as much, but are in challenging
areas, such as Texas, which while rated as one of the best
wind potentials on Earth, lacks the grid to support it.
To resolve these types of challenges, we brought in the
engineers to expand the grid and provide other off takers to
supplement the local utility companies. These include private
communities and energy related facilities, such as biofuel,
pharmaceutical and equipment manufacturing facilities and
desalinization plants.
Along the way, we need to address OEM shortages of inventory and
are doing that by developing our own equipment manufacturing
facilities, which will be able to feed a hungry market.
- We are currently expanding our large blade production
facilities to overseas to accommodate our expansion to new
markets outside of the U.S., as well as supply buyers and OEMs
(like GE) with products they can sell to their customers.
Bigger, stronger blades and drive trains that outlast current
models with 3 - 5 times longer life and eliminate some of the
heavy equipment demands of current wind farm and generating
station construction.
- We are currently negotiating a new site for our R&D
facility for expanding our airfoil and drive train product line.
To make a good blade requires knowledge of airflow; we received
that from our work with Air Force Test Pilots, Wind Surfing
Gurus, a NASA Physicist with 40 years experience at Ames and a
Jet Engine Turbine Blade designer. To make a more reliable drive
train, we hired a drive train designer and a manufacturing plant
designer specializing in the types of components we need. Our
blade designs are cutting edge, employing the latest
technologies known and material scientists who worked with firms
who break laptops, Hobbie Cats and automotive components such
as dashboards and controls. Our staff is filled with rare talent who bring track records to be
envied.
- We are currently opening our system of projects to over 50 different
investment groups. While Gold Pact Power (parent corporation) is
a privately held company, each project is a separate corporation
which can be reviewed at
our website and provides Investment groups with detailed
financials, supporting documentation, scanned and photographed
images of the project's current status and a complete package
ready for Investor review and Underwriter inspection.
- Due to our partnerships and affiliates in education and
telecom industries, we are paving the way for developing nations
who are expanding their fiber optic and high-tech sectors, with
alliances leading to new wind farms. We are also involved with
expanding agricultural production, have brough onto our staff
members of R&D teams from U.S. and foreign Universities
specializing in biofuel and generating station designs and as
each new talent comes to our door, we are swift to determine
their strengths and weaknesses and what type of job is going to
make them happy and productive. A happy team member can
outproduce someone else by factors of 5 to 50 times more output
and deliver brilliant work almost effortlessly. Everyone at Gold
Pact Power enjoys their job or we move them to some place they
would rather be. We are also working with U.S. based broadband
providers to expand their coverage and picked up talent with
experience in fiber optic and wifi expansion. We are partnering
with firms in the Midwest to bring their equipment to our
projects to light up rural communities and bring them into the
21st century. We have a consultant who was already a good friend
and one of the lead contract negotiators for one of the top
three cell phone service companies in the world and her ability
to develop corporate partners and alliances is well documented
by her performance for that firm.
- When we lay copper for electricity, we are one of the few
firms that also lays a fiber optic line at the same time. It
costs a little more, but the customer base is already there and
it allows us to package multiple corporations into one build
sequence, saving money for everyone, improving service and
dramatically increasing revenue streams.
Testimonials:
"Our firm has built and maintained fossil fuel driven
utility grids for several nations and a variety of commercial
clients and local governments. We found the team at Gold Pact
Power willing and able to answer our megawatt wind power
questions, able to engineer solutions when all other "big
players" had walked away from difficult situations. They
were flexible and able to work with both megawatt requirements,
smaller, stand-alone units powering isolated installations and
even communities that lacked prior grid, telecomm, internet
(wifi) or satellite feeds: these folks do them all, working with
affiliates such as Verizon, American Teleshare, VOIP Trex and
other fiber optic feeds. This integrated approach saves tens of
millions of dollars when new high-tension lines (grid) have to be
installed to expand the power grid.
Over the past two years we've dealt with nearly every player in
the industry and Gold Pact Power was the only team who had real
engineers providing real answers to tough questions, from legal
issues and ground logistics to figuring out how to deliver
equipment on an accelerated schedule while other firms were
quoting delays of 2 to 3 years. For our money Gold Pact Power
turned out to be the only viable answer and their price, project
by project, has actually been lower than most of the other
quotes." Bob and Victor: Tano Group
Ancient History:
We started in the wind power industry producing gorgeous blades
for customers all over the world. We've never had a return
(knock on wood - literally) and we've had rich folks from Malta
fly all the way to San Francisco to hand pick their pride and
joy and then after running one of our jewels on a wind
generator, return the following year and buy another. We are
currently developing and testing new materials for 1 - 5
megawatt wind generator blades, but here are a few comments from our small and medium sized Wind Gen Zen customers:
"These airfoils are so beautiful I want to put them over my
fireplace. I can't even think of putting them outside."
"Call Craig Mr. Support. That guy never lets you stop
thinking."
"You know you're the only one here who can calculate output in
your head from wind speed and a given blade diameter. Where did
you learn to do that?"...asked of me at the largest Wind
Power Conference in history by a GE Wind Representative; one of
400 attendees.
"You know if you patent that drive train we're going to be
forced to buy you out and if you turn us down, the Chinese are
going to steal it in a heartbeat."...spoken by the same GE
Rep.
One of my favorite turning points in this industry:
"You've become famous!" said NASA Jerry to me when I
returned from Manhattan after attending a conference.
"No, Jerry," I replied, "I'm just a small fry."
"Not anymore. ****, ****, and other companies came here while
you were in New York to talk to me about you. They want to pay
me to NOT TALK TO YOU!"
"Did they offer you a lot of money?"
"Enough. **** didn't offer as much as *****. What should I
do?"
Here was an old man, one of my favorite teachers of all time and
one of the best airfoil designers who ever lived with 40 years
working at NASA Ames, now retired on a small pension.
"Take it old friend. Take it and enjoy your retirement."
"We can't talk to each other anymore. You realize that, right?
On the docks, in the parking lot, anywhere we go, I don't know
you anymore."
"Take it and if they ever stop paying you I'll sue them for you,
we'll split it, I'll pay you twice what they did and we can eat
and laugh together again. How's that?"
At which point he threw me off of his boat in a huff and my ten
year relationship with him ended. Fortunately I had already
designed airfoils for several years that were (according to the
amp meter and wind speeds) a cut above even my old teacher's
designs. I learn well and you know you're doing fine when a NASA
Physicist and Spy Plane designer starts stealing your tip designs
and integrating them into his personal airfoils.
That was the greatest testimonial and honor I've ever received.
Good thing I didn't show him everything and I
was paying attention whenever I was in his "class"; our Saturday
afternoon blade carving sessions where other airfoil designers
often showed up. He taught me
how to extract an additional 20 percent of power from an airfoil
and that lesson was by far, one of the best things I ever
learned on Earth. Chas Stahl, the Air Force Test Pilot
(described above) taught me how to get an additional 8 percent
of power and combined with the 20 percent old NASA Jerry taught
me, that's nearly 1/3rd more power from an airfoil. Not bad.
Combined with the lessons from the material scientists we've
worked with (also friends and now on staff) and the drive train
designers (also on staff) and the bankers who have worked with
the World Bank and IMF (also on staff), our V.P.s who have built
and operated wind farms and other V.P.s who build large
conventional fuel generating stations and are now focused on
renewable energy facilities, we are set to become one of the
largest wind farm developers on Earth....hands down.
Two weeks ago we plucked a $5 billion dollar deal out of the
basket of one of the largest companies on Earth. "We'd rather
sign with you! You're our kind of firm." said the land owner at
a community meeting. The man next to him stood up and had
similar acreage and said he was going to sign up with us as
well. That's a typical week at Gold Pact Power.
More Testimonials and Ancient History:
Back when the University of Phoenix was 7 campuses the CEO of Gold
Pact Power was writing software for large institutions and
received the contract to redesign their sales and marketing
system, providing a complete AGIS Mapping interface to radio,
TV, Newspaper, Magazine and Direct Mail campaign. They liked the
software so much they hired him to redesign their classroom
accounting system. The system worked so well they skyrocketed
from 7 to 21 campuses in under 3 years.
Their Project Manager, Keenan Barrett said "Dedication to
completion, and fulfilling our needs through software development
was outstanding. Availability and response time were also outstanding."

Please note the column with each value, from pricing through
support, all checked with EXCELLENT marks. As a teacher and
auditor, I care about the quality of the products and services
we deliver and have built our company reputation on very high
standards most firms could never employ, since to do so, they'd
have to hire someone almost exactly like me and Auditors are an
expensive pain-in-the-neck. Smart, thriving firms love them
dearly.
We have stacks of similar references. We deliver on our promise
of excellence in our Pact between investors and the
communities we serve.
That is what Gold Pact Power is all about.
