GoldPact Power - Stable Power Prices For Cities
STABLE POWER PRICES
FOR CITIES

Our Mission for Cities: "To slash the price of power for residents to 50 percent of the typical cost of power from conventional fuel sources."

To that end, Gold Pact Power developed the Stable Power Prices For Cities program and the Free Power for Schools" program.

Stable Power Prices for Cities
means more jobs, higher standards of living and free power for schools, giving our youth a fighting chance at a well-rounded education.

Why do cities need stable power pricing? With the global economic metldown, cities and communities in general no longer have access to Federal Funds for roads, public schools, youth and family agencies. Residents are facing skyrocketing oil and energy costs. GPP is dedicated to providing power to your community at 50 percent of the cost of conventional fuel sources and providing Free Power For Schools.

This step-by-step process shows you how:

  1. Schools seeking Free Power must be located in a city enrolled in our "Stable Power Prices For Cities" program. This step-by-step method allows cities to make that transition.

  2. Parents and Teachers form a Power Board that encourages Renewable Energy in their community.

  3. The Power Board passes out literature (like this page) to encourage citizens to attend meetings.

  4. Once well organized, the Power Board takes signatures on a petition to City Hall (or the County Seat).

  5. The City passes a resolution to enroll in the Gold Pact Power "Stable Power Pricing For Cities" program (SPPFC).

  6. A GPP Representative attends a City Counsel meeting and explains the SPPFC program.

  7. The City Counsel votes on the measure.

  8. Once enrolled, the GPP Team works with City Engineers (Building and Planning Department) to collect the KWH usage data for the community.

  9. Formal Plans are submitted to the City Building and Planning department and receive final confirmation through a vote by the City Counsel.

  10. The plan is funded and construction begins.

  11. It takes about 12 months to commission the first renewable energy generating station. At that time the cost of power for the schools is cut in half.

  12. WIthin 2 - 3 years the rest of the renewable energy generating stations are completed. At that time the cost of power for the schools drops to zero.

  13. From that time forward, the cost of power for the citizens of the city drops to 50 percent of the cost of conventional fuel genearting station power.

  14. While the price reduction is gradual, the results for schools, cities and the residents are felt right away: more funds for schools, grants for youth and family agencies, new Boys and Girls Clubs are built and a reduction in power costs for everyone.
